Ichi the Witch Chapter 28

Goku-raku visits his older sister, the princess, inside her chamber, introducing Ichi as a friend over tea. The princess cheerfully recalls their childhood and mentions their mother passing away ten years prior, expressing no sadness due to Lord Bakugami. After the princess leaves abruptly, Goku-raku reveals to Ichi the disturbing truth that Bakugami strips people of their ability to feel sadness rather than offering comfort. Determined to stop the entity, Goku-raku asserts that they must see things through together. Inspired by this resolve, Ichi offers his unwavering support to Goku-raku as they prepare for the ordeal ahead.
