Ichi the Witch Chapter 44

Desscaras assigns Ichi and Kumugi a heavy workload of magic history and association rules before their upcoming debut. Amidst the studying, Desscaras hands Ichi a pouch of reward money, revealing that a panicked staff member tried to pocket it earlier. Given a budget for social studies, Ichi and Kumugi visit the bustling Natali Main Street to explore various shops and learn about currency. While browsing, Ichi decides to buy a jar of glittery star candies for Desscaras as a token of appreciation, moving her to tears. Afterward, the group faces their upcoming introductions as Kumugi's older sister, Spica Harvest, arrives at the association with high-ranking officials.
