Ichi the Witch Chapter 53

Sitting down for a meal with the Chrono-Weaver Majik, named Chro, and his human wife Minerva, Ichi and his companions learn about the dangerous surrounding seas and another temperamental majik residing within them. Finding out that Chro bears no hostility toward humanity, the group decides to call off their mission to capture him. However, the conversation shifts to Minerva's pregnancy with a half-majik, half-human child. When one companion makes insensitive remarks about the unborn baby, Minerva fiercely defends her motherhood and declares her unconditional love for her child, leaving everyone stunned as a familiar visitor suddenly arrives outside.
