Ichi the Witch Chapter 90

Deep within a bleak subterranean realm known as the Majik Graveyard, Desscaras visits the imprisoned Hitsugi, the Reverser and human-hater Majik. Hitsugi is bound tightly inside a grated cell, refusing to speak or provide information about Fujimine and the world-hater. Desscaras observes the agonizing environment where prideful majiks are trapped under immense pressure, screaming and begging to be used. Despite their desperate pleas, Desscaras refuses to release any of them, choosing instead to leave Hitsugi trapped in isolation. Meanwhile, elsewhere in the facility, a burly figure suddenly approaches officials at a desk, slamming a request for deployment down and demanding permission.
