Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You Chapter 3

Sasaki endures another grueling day at the office, dealing with an unreasonable boss and missing his chance to visit the supermarket to see Yamada. A few days later, he stops by the store again, looking dejected after another long shift, but is once again unable to unwind properly with Yamada nearby. Hoping for a smoke, he heads to the back area and encounters Miss Tayama, who greets him warmly. As they share a cigarette, Miss Tayama relays that Yamada had noticed his low spirits and worried about him. Touched by the thought, Sasaki reflects on how attentive Yamada is, completely unaware that he is speaking to the very same person.
