Toya anxiously rushes into the infirmary during lunch, mistakenly believing that Haimiya is kidnapping Kurose. As Toya tries to intervene and protect his classmate, Haimiya confronts him with an intimidating glare, leaving him terrified. The nurse soon breaks the tension by inviting Toya to help move boxes in exchange for treats, leading to a brief respite where Kurose reflects on his growing friendship with Toya.
