Ichi the Witch Chapter 12

Townspeople approach a silver snow witch named Togeice, pleading for help against an invasion of giant mushrooms growing rapidly in Hoitaka Forest. Togeice encounters Ichi and explains the stakes of their ongoing contest, revealing that if she wins the upcoming majik hunt, Ichi will be forced into years of strict academic training under her supervision. As the group arrives at the forest to hunt the target, they are surprised by the tiny and naive Kindake Majik, who is bewildered by their hostility. Believing everyone naturally loves mushrooms, the creature panics and flees deep into the overgrown woods, forcing the group to pursue it through the dense thickets.
