Black Clover Chapter 39

Gauche arrives in the common realm town of Nean to visit his beloved younger sister Marie, bringing along an overload of toys. As Asta plays cheerfully with Marie and the other children, Marie joyfully declares that she is going to marry Asta. Hearing this, a furious and deeply protective Gauche suddenly launches a powerful mirror magic attack against Asta, vowing to kill him before any marriage can happen. While Asta desperately tries to defend himself and reason with his guildmate, the surrounding children mysteriously vanish into thin air, leaving Asta, Rebecca, and a weeping Gauche confused as snow begins to fall over the town.
