Ichi the Witch Chapter 3

At Mount Barokken, a formidable lightning-manipulating majik named Raiko boasts about its plans to attack humans until Ichi intercepts and captures it using a clever noose trap instead of traditional magic. Descaras observes how Ichi treats the powerful creature like a regular animal by exploiting its natural habits. After the successful hunt, the defeated majik transforms into a magic stone inscribed with a chant. As Descaras explains its significance and warns Ichi not to activate it carelessly, a magical mirror projection contacts her from the distant capital of Natali, demanding that she bring the young man to the Mantinel Witches Association without fail.
