Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You Chapter 16

Sasaki visits the supermarket to break the news to Miss Tayama that he needs medical tests and might have to quit smoking, leaving Yamada worried that he will no longer have a reason to visit behind the store. As Sasaki walks away feeling gloomy, he suddenly turns back and surprises Miss Tayama. He expresses his gratitude for their chats and confesses how glad he is that it was a misdiagnosis and he can keep smoking with her. Relieved, Miss Tayama shares a smoke with him as they comfortably return to their usual routine together.
